This assignment below was titled Social Studies at the center. we chose a picture and aligned instruction with state-Adopted Standards to develop activities for all subjects.

This form below is a test taking strategy observation form. While the students were taking there reading formative, i went around and observed what strategies students were and were not using. After examining this data with my ct, we used this data to work with students in small groups about test taking strategies. We grouped students by strategies they weren't using. in the groups, We went back and introduced the strategies to them again and how these strategies could benefit them during a test.
Fall Semester: we were asked to select 2 Florida Educator Accomplished Practices, otherwise known as FEAPS, and to collect evidence of how we met these two goals.
The first goal I chose to achieve was
1. Manages individual and class behaviors through a well-planned management system.
The evidence I have to show that I have achieved this goal are:
My management task videos have taught me how to achieve a successful morning meeting, how to plan out an effective fire drill, how to give an effective lesson and manage the students behaviors at the same time. Through these videos I reflect on my experiences to think of how I could better improve my management of students and the class.
My comprehension PLC video taught me how to manage individual behaviors and how to analyze data through a well-planned system and my Story of Professional Learning video allowed me to reflect on my experience of this semester as a whole. I was able to see through this video that I achieved a well-planned management system, one in which is effective and manages classroom behaviors.
The second goal I chose to achieve was
2. Collaborates with the home, school, and larger communities to foster communication and to support student learning and continuous improvements
The evidence I have to show that I have achieved this goal are:
I attended spooky math night to collaborate with the larger community to support student learning.
I went to parent-teacher conference night with my CT to collaborate with parents on how their child is doing and how we can see continuous improvements
I was apart of the Great American Teach In with my CT. At school we had firefighters, target human resource managers, and professionals who work for the Buccaneers come and speak to our students to support their learning.
I participated in the Drug Walk to foster communication and support student learning.
I've wrote letters home to parents, which has taught me out to foster communication with parents. Mrs. Lubecki had me write notes home to parents in the student's planner and also had me write home a letter to parents about the upcoming holiday party in the classroom.
